Calvella is a transformation consultancy built on a simple idea: the person you hire should be the person who does the work. We have worked this way since 2007, with businesses across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Our story
Calvella began as an independent advisory firm working with private equity-backed businesses. The focus was always the same: improve how the business actually runs, and stay until the change sticks.
Over the years that meant integrating acquisitions, leading ERP programmes, reviewing and recovering programmes in trouble, harmonising prices across plants and markets, and stepping in as interim leaders when a business needed one.
AI changed what a small senior team can deliver. Rather than add junior staff, we built Stratagent, a method that lets senior professionals direct AI agents and stay accountable for every output. It is how all our engagements now run.

Toby Tarczy
Founder and Principal Consultant
Toby has spent 30 years leading ERP-led transformation, post-merger integration and operational change for multinational and private equity-backed businesses. He has led programmes from strategy and vendor selection through to go-live, and held director-level interim roles.
He began his career in large-scale technology and business consulting, and founded his first consultancy in Toronto before moving to the UK. His work spans manufacturing, consumer goods, defence and engineering, insurance and healthcare. He knows the shop floor as well as the boardroom: he has redesigned composite manufacturing processes for a new plant and worked hands-on with carbon fibre and autoclave production.
More recently he has served as interim COO of IMERA.AI, a clinician-founded healthcare AI company, and designed the Stratagent method and the platform that runs it, Stratagent Foundry.
Our associates
For larger programmes, we bring in trusted associates: senior specialists in finance, supply chain, data and change. Each works within the Stratagent method, to the same standard of review and ownership.
